Your pack shipment

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment, for national territory (Spain) through GLS and delivery with signature, and for international shipments by DHL or UPS, with tracking number and delivery with signature.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

International shipments outside the European Economic Community, may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and customs charges in the country of receipt, it is the responsibility of the customer to be informed of these customs costs and supply them in their country.

In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

The Customer must check the good condition of the package before sign and indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected on the packaging and communicating this fact to US within 24 hours after receipt, you must check that the item purchased does not present any damage or Breakage during transport, outside this period will not be attended to this type of damage (only to elements under warranty).

Once the CLIENT selects the products you wish to purchase and, before proceeding with the payment thereof, a final summary will be presented identifying the products / s purchased and their total price (Taxes and transportation included). Alfapilot SL will try that all the information on the price of the products is precise, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a product, Alfapilot SL will send an email to the CUSTOMER indicating the correct price of the product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that the CLIENT does not confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price, the purchase of said product will be deemed canceled. In the event that Alfapilot SL can not contact the CLIENT, the order will be considered canceled.

Return Conditions

All products purchased at www.alfapilot.com may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates its intention to return the purchased product (s) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Delivery and that it is in the same state in which it was delivered.

Returned goods:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.alfapilot.com within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Any item, purchased on our website, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the return, Alfapilot SL agrees to its reimbursement.

Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the requested in the order, Alfapilot SL will bear the expenses of the return and reissue. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the postage or return costs.

It is necessary that the products are returned in their packaging and original components (manuals, original accessories or promotional gifts if any) along with the invoice. In the event that they are returned without such original or defective packaging, the amount to be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the amount corresponding to the condition of the returned product (for reconditioning).

Cancellation of order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave, the customer receive the total of payed, discounting the Bank expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning this same order.

Litigation and responsibilities

Alfapilot SL will not be responsible for failure to fulfill these conditions in case of force majeure and in the absence of the client or unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.

Remember that it is advisable to keep a copy of the data contained in the products purchased. Alfapilot is not responsible for any loss of data, files or, in general, any damages resulting from a failure of backup by the user of the information contained in the products purchased

Alfapilot will not be held responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of products sold on the site.

Product warranty

Procedure for shipments from outside of CEE
